Regular Boiler Heat Only. I bought this a couple of years ago for when mine needed replacing… It recently gave up and I was advised to replace with a combi. I wish I hadnt taken the advice! Hence the reason for sale. It has been stored inside and has suffered a couple of scrapes to the paint as per the photos.
